Associates in Health Wellness Corp was conceptualized in 2000 by Ms. Jenny Delaleu with the primary goal of providing quality and accessible health care to individuals ages 6 years and older.

Ms. Delaleu is a family nurse practitioner and primary care provider (PCP) who offers primary care services with clinical experience in critical care medicine, cardiology, emergency medicine, and electrophysiology.  She is affiliated with Northwell Long Island Jewish Hospital, Northwell University Hospital at Manhasset, and Mt Sinai at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York. Ms. Delaleu obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing as a Registered Nurse at Stony Brook University in 1999 and a Masters in Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbia University in 2005, where she also obtained a Minor in Nursing Informatics.

Ms. Delaleu is a proud member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island NPALI, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners AANP, and has been a board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center, ANCC since 2015.
