Associates in Health & Wellness was conceptualized in 2000 by Ms. Delaleu with the primary goal of providing affordable and accessible health care.
Ms. Delaleu is a family nurse practitioner who offers primary care services with expertise in critical care medicine (ICU/CCU/CVICU), cardiology, and experience in electrophysiology. She currently maintains medical staff privileges at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York.
Ms. Delaleu obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Stony Brook University in 1999 and a Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbia University in 2005; she obtained a Minor in Nursing Informatics.
Ms. Delaleu is a proud member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island (NPALI), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC), and has received honors for her philanthropic work in Haiti. She is the Executive Secretary for Operation Hope for Children of Haiti, Inc. Ms. Delaleu is matriculated with the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies; she is seeking a Doctorate in Health Administration.

Ms. Joanne Delaleu is a family nurse practitioner who offers primary care services with an expertise in critical care medicine (MICU/SICU/CVICU) and oncology. She currently maintains medical staff privileges at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan, New York.
Ms. Delaleu obtained her advanced degrees from at New York University. She obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2005 and a Masters as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2010.
Ms. Delaleu is a proud member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is the Project Coordinator for Operation Hope for Children of Haiti, Inc.
Keshia Britton, MS, APN, ANP, GNP-BC
ANCC Board Certified Adult & Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Keshia Britton-Morris is a Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing nursing since 2008. She has attained a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Long Island University in 2005 and a bachelor’s in Nursing from Adelphi University in 2008, both obtained with honors.
Her Master’s degree as an Adult/Gerontological Primary Care Nurse practitioner was obtained in 2013 from Hunter College with honors. She is also a certified ACLS and BLS instructor and provider, certified Critical Care Registered Nurse, and certified as an Adult and Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
Ms. Britton-Morris’ expertise varies and includes critical care, cardiac medicine, diabetes prevention and management, health promotion and disease prevention, woman’s health, chronic disease management and health literacy. She is a member of the Nursing Honor’s Society Sigma Theta Tau. Ms. Britton-Morris has published work regarding cultural diversity in health literacy; her work was presented at the Trans-Cultural Diversity Conference in New Mexico, October 2013.
